A credit is one completed interview.
Not a minute, not a token, not a seat. A candidate finished a structured screen and you got a brief with evidence behind every line. That is one credit.
A credit is used only when a candidate completes the interview. An invitation that is never opened, never answered, or abandoned early costs you nothing.
Replays, transcripts, re-reading the brief, sending reminders and inviting a colleague to review are free. You are never billed twice for the same conversation.

Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Each pack and each top-up has its own expiry date, so you always know what is available and until when.
Do I need a subscription?
No. HireCall is usage-based. You buy interview credits and use them when you hire — there is no monthly fee waiting for you in a quiet quarter.
Can I automatically refill my credits?
Yes. Auto Top-Up can refill your balance automatically when it falls below a threshold you choose, up to a monthly spending limit you set. It is off unless you turn it on.
Are there limits on jobs or team members?
No. Pricing is based on completed interviews. Open as many roles as you need and give the whole hiring team access — a manager reading a brief costs nothing extra.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Larger teams can commit to annual interview volumes for custom pricing and enterprise features, invoiced on net-30 terms.
